Sport, territory, but also history and culture: between the 27th and 29th of September, Finale’s outdoors is going to be celebrated by world-class events, with a programme of activities and opportunities you shouldn’t miss.

Whatever the outdoor activity that suits you best, FLOW Outdoor Festival invites you to come to Finale Ligure between the 27th and 29th of September and celebrate all of them.
Now in its fourth edition, FLOW boasts a very varied program of activities, with unique events for all sport enthusiasts, who will be able to go for a stroll along the seafront – amongst the marquees of companies and teams, book the experience they always liked to take part in, while at the same time attending some major sports competitions.

The three days of sport and outdoor life are designed for everybody’s enjoyment, from the youngest ones to the adults. As per last year edition, there will be no shortage of activities related to the world of cycling, to sharpen up your riding technique or to learn new skills with the help of exceptional coaches. Nor chances of discovering the fascinating world of speleology will be missing, with family outings to the most well-known caves of Finale’s area. Not to forget the lessons of SUP, skimming the waves, or the popular pump-track on the shore. And plenty of new entries in this fourth edition’s schedule, with events of slacklining on the beach and the very special aperitif at sunset, aboard a sailing boat. This year, for the first time, an important space will be given to culture and history with an offer of guided tours organized in collaboration with Mudif (Diffused Museum of Finale) and Archeotrekking Manie: the perfect way to combine physical exercise, walking, with a dive into the history of the area.

FLOW Outdoor Festival is going to give to plenty of industry manufacturers the important chance of showcasing their products and make all new gear be tested in the expo area located along the seafront of Finalmarina, enlivened by their special trucks and stands. Whether trackside, along the Special Stages, on the trails around the town or from the beach, the large crowd attending FLOW will be able to support and cheer their favourite athletes, attending world-class sport competitions.

For Bluegrass Trophy of Nations powered by SRAM – the mountain bike Enduro race dedicated to teams – Finale welcomes 24 nations to an international competition that will be rewarded by the UCI with a special rainbow jersey created specifically for the event.
The event will get into the thick of it on Friday 27th September at 19:00, with the grand Parade of Nations, when the streets of Finalmarina will turn into a parade of joy, colours and cultures from all different places in the world.

EpicBlue SwinRun Finale Ligure will be on offer for all those athletes who love new challenges: the competition combines swimming and running in alternating, repeated legs along a race course that goes from Finale to Noli, and return. A race that is totally immersed in the most typical landscape around Finale: Blue Flag-awarded sea and epic trails in the hinterland.
